    We accept applications submitted through job postings on recruitment portals such as Saramin and Job Korea.

    Based on the content stated in each section of the application form and the cover letter, we comprehensively evaluate whether the applicant possesses the qualifications, experience, and passion suitable for the applied position and the company.

  • STEP 03 step 도트 Interview

    We conduct working-level and executive interviews to evaluate the candidate's passion, cognitive ability, and job-specific competencies required to perform the actual work.

  • STEP 04 step 도트 Compensation Negotiation

    For experienced employees, details regarding salary, various employment conditions, and start date are coordinated through compensation negotiation.

  • STEP 05 step 도트 Final Acceptance

    Once all stages of the screening process are complete, you will be notified of the final acceptance.
